We make good food and that’s it, the, main focus of this blog is not on the fancy dishes with extravagant presentation which will make you go wow on one hand but on the other you will be intimidated from making this dish.

We are not into working 3 hours for a microscopic dish, most of the recipes are suited for a medium size family and there is a big emphasis on nutrition values.

All of the editorial stuff live in big cities and most of them are indeed with small kitchens as the name of the blog indicates. We will show recipe after recipe that even the most complexed dish can be done from a regular home kitchen, it’s all about staying organized and divide the work flow to avoid getting a crowded packed kitchen.
