Fresh cheese made from cow milk and cream. according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration it should contain 33% milk fat with a moist not more than 55%. it has many purposes, you can just spread it on a bread or use as a dip or even use it in dense cheese cakes or any other cake that ask for a high % of fat .
