All-purpose flour, also known as refined flour or simply flour, is made from wheat grains after removing the brown covering. It is then milled, refined and bleached. Amount of Protein in all-Purpose (AP) Flour: 10 - 12% and it is used as the name indicates for all purposed, cakes biscuits, pizza, bread, cookies etc.
